I was looking on Facebook photos of this strange ship and really can say that after 1o years at sea and all schools I finished this is first time I see something like this.

I think it's a kind of military vessel and looks like some old one but very futuristic , maybe this is prototype... perhaps some russian secret weapons :D

its look like a sceret place created in form of ship for high profile journal and military officers meeting place. and this vessel might be carring some nuclear weapon

Each country have different "style" of hull for navy ships, fore shoe I can say that it is not USSR\Russsia.. may be build in Germany.

Japan ship) what is strange? Its not a ex military ship. Just old Pure Car Carrier))) 13 car decks, 2 ramps ( not for tanks) .
