Hi, you probably mean Mark James who's been sending some fake messages as Cunard representative. As far as I know the guy was banned by the administrator. You know, it's the Internet. You can always bump into a smart ass doing his best to rip you off somehow

i agree, Jon Doe is definitely right,

this is the internet, on the internet, you can be whatever you want to be, but sadly, others chose to become stupid, they try to scam and fool people with their fake identity, lol

just be careful and be as attentive as how you are on a vessel :)
