To all seafarers I'm graduate this year 2012. I need your help they have any agencies that accepting for engine cadet. Because they said more the company you need relative back-up. i don't have any relative as a seafarer.but i have high grades in curriculum average of 85%. Thank you very much for your advice and concern.

try to TSM CDT at palanan strt makati very close to buedia, they are accepting candidate w/o referral,as long you can passed the computer exam then written exam and personal interview, find your luck there
